Over the Counter Medication

Students requiring over the counter medication during the school
day will not be allowed to receive any without written permission from a
parent. This permission does need to be renewed each school year.
The form is required to be filled out in full. I cannot take verbal
permission over the phone. All medications sent in for your child will be
marked as theirs and will be retuned at the end of the school year. For
safety reasons medication should be brought into the school by an adult. I
will send home a note whenever a child takes any medication. The
medication, reason and time will be listed on the note. Please do not hesitate
to call or email the Health Office with any questions.
