Kindergarten - 2010
Supply list will be sent home in September.
First Grade - 2011
#2 sharpened pencils, labeled with name
scissors blade no larger than 4" long, blunt tip, labeled with name
box of markers
2 glue sticks. labeled with name
4 sturdy pocket folders: label name on each in upper right hand corner
1 box gallon size Ziploc bags
1 box crayons, no larger than 48 pack
1 lunchbox and backpack labeled with name
1 pkg of baby wipes
1 roll of absorbent paper towels
1 small covered supply box that will hold all crayons markers and scissors, name
on exterior of box
1 box of Kleenex
Items for Home Use: Pencils, crayons, index cards, glue,
scissors, etc. (a hole punch comes in handy)
Second Grade - 2011

1 ruler (should include inch and mm or cm measurement

Our class desks cannot accommodate "Trapper Keeper" style notebooks
Keep in mind that students may need to replenish supplies depending on wear and
tear or misplacement
Text books and workbooks will be sent home during the first week of school to be
covered; paper bags work great!
Grade Five - 2011

Grade 5 will purchase Bibles and dictionaries from St. Agnes in
September. They will be kept in the classroom during the school year and
will be used in Grade 6.

the dividers have pockets

5. a small, inexpensive calculator
6. a zippered pencil case with 1 red pen, 2 or 3 pencils and 2 or 3 blue or black
erasable pens (no whiteout), pink eraser, highlighter
7. colored pencils, and a few thick and thin markers - the major colors, small
scissors, glue stick
8. a full length ruler, protractor and compass
9. 2 or 3 packs of lined index cards for making flash cards

Grade Eight - 2011
General Supplies for Grade 8:

pencil case and on-going supply of pencils, pens (black or blue), erasers
colored pencils, highlighters, red pen
pocket-sized dictionary
Supplies for specific classes:
Math: inexpensive calculator, separate notebook and folder
Science: section in binder, pocket folder, metric ruler, 1+GB flash drive
Latin: paper (notebook or loose-leaf paper), 3x5 index cards
Spanish: pocket folder, spiral notebook, Spanish/English dictionary (note
cards optional)
Social Studies: spiral notebook (3-5 subject), pocket folder
Religion: spiral notebook (1 subject), pocket folder, New American Bible
Language Arts: either a separate ring binder (1" or 1and 1/2" binder)
or space in a large ring binder used for all subjects, 5 tab dividers, loose-leaf paper,
