Tuition Rates

2011-2012

1st Child    $4750 - $200* = $4550
2nd Child    $4550 - $200* = $4350
3rd Child    $4350 - $200* = $4150
4th Child    $1750 - $200* = $1550
5th Child    $1750 - $200* = $1550

*Registration Fee

	Payments of tuition and fees are to be made on a timely basis. A late fee will be charged for any payment received after the scheduled due dates.
	Families may choose either to make full payment of tuition by July 1, 2011 (families will receive a $100 per student credit) or to make ten monthly payments from July 2011 to April 2012 through the FACTS Management Program. NOTE: to receive the $100 per student credit full payment must arrive in the office before July 1, 2011. No credits will be given for payments arriving after July 1st.
	If a registered student elects not to attend Saint Agnes School or withdraws at any point during the school year, all tuition monies received will be forfeited. An appeal of this policy should be in writing and will be considered by the school board on a case-by-case basis.

REGISTRATION FEE

New Students: At the time of registration, a non-refundable registration fee of $250 is due for each student enrolled. ($200 WILL BE APPLIED TO THE TUITION)

Enrolled Students: At the time of re-registration, a fee of $200 is due for each returning student. (THE ENTIRE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO TUITION)

Families are required to participate in the HIT IT BIG Program. Families are also encouraged to join and participate in the Saint Agnes School Family Association (SASFA). The Family Association's goals are to enrich the spiritual life of its members, to encourage family centered activities and to raise funds and resources for the on-going support of Saint Agnes School.

Pay in Full by July 1, 2011
$100 discount per child

Please Note: There will be no bill sent out in the summer. If you are paying in full by July 1, don't forget to send your payment so it will arrive in the office on time.

There will not be a discount for payments received after July 1.
